Have you considered trying a different scale? This one seems to be broken.

Yea, this is the only scale we have at home. It bounces around different weights over the cource of the day, but every morning when I weigh in it always seems to settle for 128 and Im so flustered. I have a different scale at school and Ill be back there Sunday, so Monday morning Ill get to try a new scale and see what happens.
