well, i don't know how long it's been since i've updated this thing, but here we go.... i think last time i had to leave and got cut off half way thru something...hehe
Most recent...i get that stupid fucking virus going around AIM!!!!!!!! WTF is that all about??? So, i kept getting these messages from people that said stuff like "check this out" and "is this you?" etc. I finally clicked on the link after like 5 of them b/c i was curious....and they were right, curiousity killed the cat...and this curiousity killed my computer. After i clicked on it, nothing happened...but i walked away from my computer...i went into the kitchen and got a soda, cmae back, and i had a window open as if talking to EVERYONE on my buddy list...over 150 people. So i have all these windows open in my screen and a bunch of poeple asking what it was. I'm like EH????
So...it turns out, there's this virus running around the net that makes this happen. It sends this message to everyone on your buddy list over and over and over and OVER again. Some poeple said they got it from me like 10 times. I had no idea! So...moral of the story...DO NOT CLICK ON IT!!!!!!!!
What else is new? Ummm, well, i'm officially a member of Delta Gamma Sorority! We crossed over a few weeks ago. That was fun. But what was more fun was my bf's fraternity's formal that night!! OMG, it was in reno....TOTAL BLAST!!! and unfortunately, he got totally blasted...and i had to take care of him :-/ oh well, i had a great time. Our formal was the week after, not as fun. We had ours on a boat that cruised the river. It was nice, and Kristine did a great job...but i'd say 95% of my sorority and their dates got PLASTERED!!! It was so annoying and so boring with everyone drunk. It really made it a shitty night....adding to the already shitty night i was already having b/c of my big sis. Fucking bitch. She's ruined my night for the last time. I'm tired of her shit and finally told her off. It took 3 months, but she finally pushed me to the end of my rope. I went off, twice, and i didn't even open up on her. I was nice about how i did it, lol. It could have been SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO bad...but i withheld and was polite until she responded with an attitude. Then i went off again...and topped it off with some widely known facts that she was oblivious to b/c she's so fucking stupid.
But anyway...not a whole lot else is going on. OH! I got a new job, yay. Thank GOD!!!! I now work for a Commercial Real Estate Inverstment Company. For thos eof you who don't know what that is....it's basically a company that buys, sells and leases property. It's called Ethan Conrad Properties Inc. Ethan is the CEO. He owns 48 commercial properties in the Sac area. We're the property manager for those 48, meaning we take care of everything that goes on...rent, maintenance, remodelling, etc. Hundreds of companies rent suits in our buildings to run their own business. While leasing property, Ethan also buys property, remodels them and then sells them for mucho more, lol. It's a very lucrative business, lol. This guy is not even 40 and he's a billionaire, lol. It's amazing. Part of being so successful is that he has a small staff. There's only 10, well, i make 11 now, in the office. The 11 of us handle EVERYTHING on the business end. Then he has a bunch of field workers. It's crazy...but so much fun. I'm his personal assistant, the administrative assistant and office girl, lol. Basically, i'm the admin, but i have the front office, so like when people come in, i deal with them...when the phone rings, i deal with them, etc. But at the same time, i have to do all the administrative paperwork and his personal assistant work....so i'm pretty busy. The best part of it tho is that i'm learning all the paperwork for stuff like leases, purchase agreements and all kinds of other real estate based stuff that i'm going to have to know for just about any job i have in the future. I planned out my classes for next semester already....and i have like less than 2 years left. Yay! Not bad for changing my major 2 years after taking classes for a major that's completely different.
I have my notary public license, and over the summer i'm finally going to take my real estate license. I've been eligable for it for over a year, but i've been lazy. I'm going to reread all my books from my classes and take the test sometime late this summer....which will give me enough time to freshen up. In all my Real estate classes....these people were either total morons or i just understood everything, lol b/c i was at thet op of my class and any time the proff would ask something people would answer with the wrong answer...so after the proff wouldn't move on until we got it right i would answer and i would be right...dumbasses. So anyway...that's what's new. New city, new house to myself, new school, new friends (while keeping the old ones ;-) hehe), new sorority, new job, new boyfriend (who i absolutely adore), new life....and life it good. :-)
