My embarassing confession is
The only thing I can seem to do consistently besides Fail, is try again.
I've often thought of having some sort of Credo that I repeat everyday, or some chapter I read everyday, or some book of the bible i study every month or once a week, or a devotional I do every morning. I've never been good at doing it. I want to try it but I seem to never get around it.
We worship a God who is an everlasting spring, who is a God of change, progression, growth, movement, life, amazement, a God of song and dancing and motion and creation of beauty and splendor.
If I was worshipping a stuck God. who lived 2 million miles away. and all he ever did was send me letters in the mail that say "good luck" or "try again next time" I might have reason to be discouraged.
but fear not! [not assuming you did fear or anything]
God is God, and hes good. Consistently.
