halter monitor
for those you dont know what it is, a halter monitor is a machine that has 7 little stickers attached all over your stomach and chest with tape all over them so tehy dont fall off and they read your heart beat. i had to wear it for 24 hours and it got REALLY itchy and hott and sticky it was sooo gross and i ahve to wear it to make sure i dont have a heart arithmia (aka my heart beats off rhythem) because of when i fainted and all. there, that's what a halter monitor is michael. :)
so i'm going to the caribbean in 9 days and counting, and in order to scuba dive over there in turks and caicos (the island im going to) you have to be a certified scuba diver. well i scuba dived in hawaii and it was SOOO FUN so my dad is making me, josh and michael become certified so today i have to take a 3 hour lesson with my scuba instructor, whom ill call SCUBA STEVE. it's going to suck long and hard. whatever it'll be worth it when i get there.
