That is impressive that he said 'thank you' with such a redecoration. Does he prefer pink and sparkly?

It really is! But, honestly? It was such an improvement! His whole office looked like it was from a Unicorn paradise!
He actually hates pink and sparkly. He much prefers brown. BLAH!

But, he puts up with it because it makes me happy!

That is a very nice person to be so tolerant because it makes you happy. It is a rare quality!

But do not dismiss brown :). It is the color of practicality and being down-to-earth. It is often a symbol of home, friendship, and grounding. A good quality in a significant other!

...But what is "Babboo"? I could not find this in the English dictionary...I found baboo and baboon, but not Babboo.

He is very nice! He's truly the nicest man I've ever known! <3

Hmm...that's a good point. Chocolate is brown, too, and I really love chocolate! :D

Babboo is a nickname I came up with when I was a little girl. I started calling him that (his real name is Linus!) when I was two or three and it stuck! So now, he is forever my sweet Babboo!

You are very lucky, then, and also congratulations on your (upcoming?) marriage.

:) See, brown is not all bad. Perhaps he is truely your "sweet Babboo", like the chocolate?

You have known him for a very long time!

Thank you very much! I feel very lucky!

:O That is so true! ...Maybe, I'll reconsider letting him get the brown sofa. I could always add pink throw-pillows, after all, right?

I really have! He was my brother's best friend (still is!) and when I was a baby, he was the first person I saw when I arrived at home. My mom tells me she thinks I fell in love with him RIGHT THERE, on the spot! Hee. :D

(^_^) That is good! Compromise! Things he likes with things you like.

Ah, that is very nice! It is good that everyone gets along well.

:D!!! I like your smilie! And, yes...compromise is definitely a good thing! He let me paint the walls yellow and hang up my pink curtains. It's fair to let him pick the sofa.

It really is! :)

I'm Sally, by the way! It's very nice to meet you!

Brown, yellow, and pink...busy but happy colors! Practicality, happiness/vibrancy, and love respectfully.

I am Kayashima. It is very nice to meet you, as well.

I guess I never thought about the meanings of the colors before. I like that, though! It makes them even more special!

:) I like your name, Kayashima.

Yes, every color has a meaning. You would be surprised at how often the meanings align with associated tones.

Ah...Thank you (^_^). It is my family name. My given name is Taiki, but you can please just call me Kayashima. And I like your name as well, it is very beautiful.

That's really neat! My favorite colors have always been pink and baby blue.

You're welcome, Kayashima! <3
Aww. Thank you very much. :)

Those are very nice...blues are peaceful. They symbolize sincerity, spirituality, sensitivity, and so forth. And as I mentioned before pink is for love. It is a rarely seen but good combination.

That makes sense! I see those colors together all the time. :) I work at a hospital, in the NeoNatal unit. So...all I see are babies wrapped in pink and blue. It's a good place to be.

Do you have a favorite color?

Ah, yes! Individuals are often drawn towards their preferred colors/representations -whether they realize it or not. It is amazing when this happens and the person is usually much more content in their position. You will often hear an expression such as "the stars aligning", but it is usually just people following the correct colors for them.

I do. It is a very bright, effusive yellow.

That's really cool! I always knew I wanted to work with babies, and even though it took me a really long time to finish my schooling, I'm very happy now!

Oh! That sounds really pretty and cheerful. :)
