Yes, that's exactly what I'm saying. Seems as if they have been completely sealed or removed entirely.

[But the second option isn't possible so it's obviously a seal in his opinion.]

Well, a little. I can work mine, most of the time. What is it you're having trouble with? I'll do my best to explain it to you.

Is it happening to others, too? Not just you? How do your powers usually work?

I can't figure out how to reply to the open messages other people make. Reply to this isn't hard and I suppose it should be the same for the others but this infernal thing likes to toy with me.

[It probably is something even a toddler would figure, but Ikki really isn't technology savvy and he's from a time in which there was nothing similar to this so...]

From the answers I'm getting it seems to be the norm. And my powers... They are just part of me, asking how they work is like asking how my arm works when I lift a weight.

[Aka he can't really explain that, though he could give off the theory but that's not really an answer.]

I see... That's unfortunate. Hopefully we won't miss too much information from not dwelling in them. So far everyone with powers seems to have them locked as well, so I suppose it's a fair guess to say yours were and leave it at that.
