I flushed 14 Vicodin down the toilet yesterday. Harsh, but necessary. Haven't been writing much in my 1st step. I'm finally to the part where I've arrived in Seattle and I'm dreading the memories, and putting pen to paper

i just got a great pedi last night at a place near my house (right next to Frida's Mexican Kitchen), but I can't speak for their other services. I will totally be back, though.

20. i haven't seen it any cheaper except on Rainier Ave. S. ;) she did a great job and they were very friendly.

i'm trying to decide if i should brave and can justify taking the boys to nordstrom rack to try to find a new pair of shoes. i'm wearing a black dress (found it at goodwill yesterday, score!) and want a pair of bright shoes as the pop of color.

You totally should...the sun is shining..I have a good feeling about you finding shoes! I found a pair of Steve Madden leapord print heels (at goodwill, brand new!) that I'm wearing with my black dress.

I saw your comment to Shanna's 33 days sober entry and came creepin'... I'm fighting a similar fight, so it does my heart good to know that it CAN be beat. There are some days that I just don't WANT to beat it, how sick is that? Anyway - congratulations. It's huge and, even though I don't know you, I am proud of you (and that always feels weird to say to someone because I fear it sounding condescending or whatever, but I am genuine!). I hope that your success continues and the urge just goes away (I know the urge all too well). <3
