This is my friend Val. She has lost her job and her medical insurance and recently found out that she has cancer.
I would like to set up a raffle of some kind for her. If anyone has anything that could donate (whether it is monatary or tangible) please let me know! I was thinking of doing a raffle or whatever it's called (raffle isn't the word i'm looking for is it?) for diapers, wool and handmade items on hyena cart or something...givinguponyou is helping me set up a site for paypal donations and I will hopefully have that up in the next few days.
I'm not exactly sure what I'm doing or how to go about it but I have to do something to help. I can not tell you how amazing Val is or how much she has done to help others. But I haven't seen that smile in awhile and I miss it :(
