an introduction to airi's imagines
Honestly, this is a new thing that I'll be doing. Imagines are basically just oneshots from what I heard. I have friends on Quotev who writes their own "imagines" and they seem to have a lot of fun doing it. (However, they stopped now because of writer's block and stuff) I always wanted to do something like this, but in my own way - in my own style. Airi's style~
Everyday, I tend to constantly come up with new random story ideas. And sometimes, these ideas can be pretty good and I have the temptation to write them out as a multi-chaptered story. However, when I actually try to write out these new multi-chaptered stories, my mind just goes blank and I have trouble with transitioning from this scene to the next. (I'm pretty stupid, I know. I'm bad at planning out my stories 75% of the time.) With my imagines, I'm just going to write excerpts of what I want to write.
They may be really, really long like a one-shot; or maybe they can be really, really short - like three paragraphs short. They can also be really, really random. They're inconsistent. I don't want to classify these as a general one-shot or drabble. They're kinda like my rough drafts. If I feel like I can really make this into a real oneshot or multi-chap, then it's going to be that. If not, then they're just going to stay they way they are~ They're my rough drafts, my rough sketches.
