Abilities:
He can lift objects with little to no ease that are concidered too heavy for most people. He can also throw heavy objects with much ease. And he can lift something as heavy as a statue and use it as a weapon if need be; however just as he is able to lift things, he is just as able to break or crush them accidentally with the strength that he just cannot control very well.
Personality:
Finnian is the child-like character of the series, even though he is much older than a child. He admires Ciel who found him and gave him the job that he is doing, and he is loyal to Ciel that he willn do whatever the young earl asks of him because of the respect he has for him.
Unfortunatly for the earl who hired him, Finnian has a tendency to break and destroy things in the garden in which he works. For example; he'll use pesticides by mistake. Though it is not just in the garden where this happens. For example; he would accidently break the young earl's walking cane by mistake. Most incidences, however, are by pure accident.
Whenever he does break something or destroys the garden, he will usually tear up, cry and later apologize to Sebastian for his mistake because he fears the butler. However, behind his fear, he holds much respect for Sebastian. The blond is truly dedicated to working with Sebastian and the others for Ciel.
If he gets any serious injury his personality will change completely, and he will lose the childishness and end up taking things a little more seriously then before.
History:
Not a lot is known about his past before he became the Phantomhive gardener; all that is known is that he was an experiment that was tested on, this is what gave him that super human like strength and that he was not allowed outside although birds could easily get into the room he was locked away in. At one point he was able to escape from the prison type place and ended up running into the two people who would be later known as his saviours Ciel Phantomhive and Sebastian Michaelis.
On being founded by the two he would consider his saviours he had begun working as the gardener of the Phantomhive mansion, not only that he would have another job of also protecting the place from anything that could possibly happen to it, thus putting that super human like strength to good use. When he was first taken in, he was happy because it meant he was allowed to be outside, whereas before he was always locked away from the outside world.
He was given a straw hat by the earl himself to help cover the marking or the number he has on the back of his neck. This hat is something Finnian has treasured ever since then. He had spent most of his time tending or at least trying to tend to the garden with usually disastrous consequences which Sebastian would usually have to fix himself. But when the Noah Ark members came to the mansion Finnian had gone outside to see who had come to the place in the middle of the night and found Jumbo. On telling him to come back some other time Jumbo managed to hurt him by hitting him hard in the end.
When they guy had thought he had badly hurt or even killed the poor boy was about to leave, Finnian managed to stand up saying that he would be in trouble if he ever let anyone in while Ciel and Sebastian was away. His face being more serious as he said this, he ended up killing Jumbo by smashing him into a wall, then smashing his head. This caused two more members of the group to attack him and were expecting to cut him in half, but was thankfully saved by Meirin shooting Wendy in the head.
Once Peter had decided to go look for the one who shot at Wendy, Finnian went to help out Bardroy and used heavy statues, which he uses to throw at the last two members that are still alive in the manor. After a lot of flour ended up filling the kitchen, Finnian made a hole in the wall so that they could get out of the kitchen before anything happened. Over all the fight to protect the place they had destroyed about half of the mansion, which meant a very unhappy Sebastian and so he is made to help clean up the mess with the others.
When the Two who were both called Charles appeared Finnian doesn't see them until after they are leaving to which one of them says something and then appears to attack Finnian when in fact he just wanted to fix the straw hat, he had on him and fixed the hole that was on it, by using a flower, which Finnian thanked him for.
During the party that Ciel had at night Finnian helped out with the others and also had to do the after party cleaning up, until a while later when hearing something coming from a guest room to which made everyone gathered. Sebastian breaking open the door because of the fact that it was locked from the inside which revealed one thing once it was done. That was guest was killed.

OH NO! DON'T TELL ME I'VE BEEN KIDNAPPED!
If Sebastian knew I've gone he will be mad. I'm away from the manor and I don't know where I am.
Ohhhhh he's going to be really mad.
I need to go back to the Phantomhive manor, can anyone help me get there?
Third Person Sample:
Now he had done it. The garden had once again been destroyed by an overdose of pesticides. Finnian teared up slightly, looking at the dead wasteland that was the garden. "I'm sorry!" he spoke automatically even though no one was around him at the time as he teared up. "I'm sorry Sebastian!"
Even though the said person wasn't around, he felt like he had to say it since he already knew what was going to happen when he found out and he was picturing Sebastian's expression clearly in his head and that scared him slightly. He wiped his eyes slightly, still eyes on the garden as he knelt down to see if there was anything that had survived the pesticides, so that he hoped he would be so mad at him if something for once did survive.
Moving around, hands dusting off gray dead plants to see if he can find at least something that lived, although this wasn't being successful so far. After so much searching he stood up. "Not a single green plantcan be found. Sebastian's going to be mad." He sniffed, about to cry again as he turned around around making his way back towards the mansion yelling as he got in. "SEBASTIAN!!!!!"
