you say that hanging on to yesterday is overrated...
WELL. i just returned from washington earlier today and it was wonderful. This might be a long entry but only because i fell in love with this weekend and i'm pretty much just writing this entry for myself but if you would like to read it be my guest! so Friday right after track i headed out of town to my cabin in washington. it was good to be there and so i went for a summer night walk. it was really excellent. then i gave krista a call and we made plans for me to go down and stay with her for the weekend and of course i was super excited because i haven't seen her since august. yeah crazy i know. so i watched finding neverland (super good movie by the way). and went to bed at around 1130. then got up early to head down to krista's and went out and had lunch, had a suprise party for melanie and met all of krista's friends. Melanie is the sweetest person i've ever met in my life and the boys gave her this HUGE, like i'm not even kidding it was a tall as i was, green ball and we played with it in the pool oh man it was great. i swear we hung out in that pool for like five hours. wow and then around six-ish everyone headed home and some of us decided to go over to ryley's after we all showered. we ordered pizza, showered then anna picked up krista and i and headed over to sunnyslope. his mom is the nicest person i've ever met i swear. we ate and then watched Series of unfortunate events and it is SO weird... i didn't really like it. but then after it was done ryley told this like scary story, you know the ones you tell around camp fires? yeah so it wasn't that bad but it's called "sally cold" and at the end he screams "SALLY PSYCHO" oh man it was really freaky. but anyways we all headed home at about 12 and i walk into krista's room as she heads to the kitchen and we both go "oh mandy's not home yet"(her sister) and as soon as i come around the corner she screams "BOO" oh man i screamed so loud. yeah scary. we stayed up talking till like 3, then got up at 8 for church. ty ty and kellen are so tall it's crazy, i LOVE those two. went to dinner with blair and i haven't seen her since i was eight and it was so good. krista's car died and so mandy picked us up. babysat on monday and came home today.
many of you are thinking, "okay i don't know any of those people" but it was so fun and i miss wenatchee so much it's insane. even though i think i would die if i lived there.
well i'm home now so call me if you wanna do something. i leave next wednesday.
