gosh today was hard. i got soooo hungry at work. when i left it took every thing i had not to stop and get a burger while i was out running errands. but i didnt i waited. i had a salad for lunch and chicken breast with celery for dinner. im also really craving sweets, but no sugar for sarah. supposedly, after the first 2-3 days, the cravings for sweets will go away. i hope so cos its getting very hard to satisfy my munchie problem.
alright im going to go do somthing productive.
