I forgot to mention the horrible weekend the state of Missouri had. I'm convinced that someone is trying to wipe us off the map--which I personally wouldn't be against, but I would prefer being at home in Miami if and when that actually happens. A total of 14 tornados touched down in a 90 mile area between Columbia and Kirksville. Fourteen. Might I add that Missouri typically only sees 11 tornados a SEASON. Might I also add that tornado season technically started yesterday. If this is any indication of things to come.. the majority of my spring is going to be spent in bathroom or basement somewhere. This is why I miss Miami... you can predict hurricanes, but tornados? That just craziness.
