Lucky for you. The hat told me I was too old.

Don't be silly, Robert!

...Did it really? It is a very strange hat. Why, I have never met a talking hat like it.

Really? If you think it's weird than it must be...almost dangerous.

Now I've worried you. Oh, but a lot of the strange things here are nice!

It's supposed to be a "cutesy" name, Giselle. Is there anybody inside that House aside of me who doesn't sparkle in goodness?

Oh, but I'm sure it was terribly traumatic for those poor pigs. Moving house can be very stressfull!

I don't think that means that. For example, Puff must come from... creampuff.

There are a lot of us today, I think.

... But I don't think the hat said anything about pigs.

Did it say anything about wolves? Or pastries?

Just houses and--

Pastries?

Yes! That's it exactly! A house of straw, a house of twigs...

Oh, a friend of mine thought perhaps we were sweet like creampuffs. I'm certain that's what the wolf thought about the pigs.

It seems a lot of people where put into that, even me.

I don't think it has anything to do with pigs though.

Oh, but the hat said it had to do with houses. So did the wolf and the pigs!

Ah, yeah, it said that to me too, but from what someone said it me, it's related to a school from one of the world's of some people here.

Oh! I have never been to school before. Is this how they usually do things?

Why is everyone in this house but me ridiculous?

It doesn't have anything to do with blowing houses down. It means you're loyal and hardworking, apparently.

Oh, that is reassuring.

Pigs can be very hard working too, of course, their reputation is terribly undeserved. Why, I know several who go to market every single day, just to buy roast beef!

theaverageone June 15 2008, 03:59:02 UTC
...what? Are we talking about the animals here, or am I missing something?

Reply

lovesduet June 15 2008, 04:02:06 UTC
Oh, not the same pigs who had those terrible problems with the wolf. Although if they had roast beef to offer him I'm sure the situation could have been resolved far more easily!
