Okay so I decided that it's my job to make sure Feli knows every god damn character in this comm, because he's just that bubbly. If you're a woman he will hit on you - be warned. Did this when remaking my character relations thing so I picked those I'm pretty sure Feli hasn't met yet.

If you have a question mark next to your name I probably vaguely remember discussing stuff with you about having met before/we were supposed to meet but I forgot to do the thread/etc so just drop me a line and let me know what you wanna do about that.
