I'm pumped! I did it. I wrote 52,046 words. This one went a lot smoother than the first. Evidently I work better with an outline. Who knew? I love that I wasn't going to try not to fall into certain cliches. But wouldn't you know my main character started falling for her best friend. My characters have a mind of their own. My female characters took over. I didn't intent for all the girls to kick so much ass, but my Joss Whedon obsessed/warped mind just seemed to find ways for them to do it. The poor guys are all relegated to the sidelines. Oh well. I like the end product. :D
