18+ Star Trek/ Hangover double feature ONTD_STARTREK MEMBERS & WHOEVER ELSE WANTS TO COME!!
Well hello there Chicagoans.
It as recently come to my attention that The Brew and View at the Vic will be showing a Double feature of Star Trek and The Hangover.
They haven't posted dates and times yet but usually their movies run Thursday to Friday the Following week. It looks as if The Star Trek Hangover (which is what I am calling it) start Friday July 10th and will run till Thursday July 16th.
THIS WOULD BE A STRICTLY 18+ OVER MEETUP SINCE THE BREW AND VIEW HAS A BAR.
The House Rules of the Brew and View are as Follows:
This is an establishment where Beer, and Liquor are sold. The Brew and View is an 18 an older Movie House;
You must be 21 or older to Drink.
Everyone entering must have one of the following with them:
A valid (not expired):
- State issued license
- State issued I.D. Card
- Passport printed in English
- U.S. Military I.D. Card
* Citations & original birth certificates will be considered with
another photo I.D.
No outside food or beverages allowed.
Allow bags to be searched.
Admission is $5.00 for everyone
For the movies
They also have group rates if we get enough people. I will be putting up a poll in the coming week if there is enough intrest regarding DATE/TIME/MEET-UP

I just got this in response from The Brew and View . I asked them if they had the dates for movie yet and this is what I got:
Unfortunately we will not have those by July 10th. We are still waiting on a date when we are allowed to get these two films. As a second run we have to wait until box office numbers drop in all the first run theaters for these films. We try to do the best we can when judging the dates of our upcoming films, but we can never be totally certain which is why we put TBA. Star Trek we will probably be able to get with in the next 2 wks. Hangover is still doing very well, we will probably wait another 3 or 4 wks for that one.
So I guess we will have to Try again in 2 weeks. BLERGH
