Obviously, the journal on her opens up on the floor and a loud 'thump' noise can be heard, along with a grunt of pain. And the following audio broadcast takes place.]Ugh... At least the snow softened my... fall

[Oh Goemon... You and your habit of not wearing enough clothes in cold weather. If Murasaki wasn't used to that, she would be worried about you.

Upon hearing his familiar voice Muraski quickly turned around to face him, her face instantly lighting up with a smile as she walks up to him, forgetting for a moment that she is unbelievably cold. It has been so long since she saw him and she has been missing him a lot...

But, when he introduces himself, as if they were strangers, said smile disappears and she stops on her tracks.

Just... what is going on?]

Eh? Goemon... I know who you are. Don't you remember me? [She tilts her head to the side, sniffling. The cold is clearly getting to her.]

[OK... 'sorry' isn't exactly what Murasaki was expecting to hear, but for the moment she decides that isn't really the priority here. The most important thing is to figure out where she is. And to get some warmer clothes.]

S-say... what is this place? It looks like some kind of weird dream... [As real as that cold feels against her skin, there's something strangely ethereal about all that setting. Maybe she really is dreaming. And if that's the case then that would explain Goemon's inability to remember her.

Sometimes, dreams show the weirdest settings.]

[Whoa, Whoa! Voice coming from her chest what?

Taking a second look though, looks like said voice is... coming from that book. OK, that's super strange.

Muraski opens it up and, sure enough she sees everything inside it, from her own picture to the blank lines to a whole bunch of other stuff. She's so surprised she kind of 'disregards' what was just said to her.]

Ah... how... how are you doing this? I mean... the 'talking book'? [This is both impressive and beyond weird.]

Oh... uwaaa... that's how the journals work. You used them to talk to other people... like Communication runes... or some people like to say phones...

[Good thing she got a call through her book before this one, or else Zenigata would only be greeted by shock and surprise on Murasaki's end.

Weird... She swears that she heard that voice before. Not a lot, but sometime...

When he says his name though, she remembers him quite instantly. They didn't talk all that much, but it is hard to forget Zenigata. But before trying to see if he remembers her, she decides to answer to his questions.]

Anh, no, I'm not hurt. A little bit sore, but I'm OK... Except for the cold.

... And I think I'm lost in these woods. [She's sure that she would be able to find her way out by herself, but it's so cold she can't really think straight.]

[Voice]

[Zenigata gets that familiar itch too, but he's not sure where from. It doesn't take him long to start tromping off into the woods though]

Well, if you give me some details about where you are, I'll come and help ya back. Can you hear any running water?

[Voice]

[Murasaki stays quiet for a moment, trying to concentrate on the sounds around her, despite the cold all over her body.]

I... can hear it, but it's quite faint. [She had no idea she was near a body of water. She was clearly too shocked by her arrival in that place to notice details like that.]

Ah, yes. I'm... a lot less confused now. [She's still pretty shocked by that whole 'being sucked into a new world' thing, but at least she knows where she is.]

Still kind of cold though. Trying to find my way through these woods is a little bit challenging.
