I'm beginning to feel like I'm following sinuhe76 around. *smile* But then, we're in sort of the same boat, with people we love far away

Welcome to the community! :) I'd type more but I'm falling asleep *blush* It's almost 2 am in Mexico. I just wanted to say welcome... and wish you luck with your SO :)
Wow, that's pretty far... But you're lucky you get to travel, an experience you'll keep forever, I'm sure :) Your other half lives in the same province as mine, and you'll be attending a con where I'll be this June-August :)
Good luck with you and your's, I wish you all the best *hugs*
Welcome to the community! I'll add this to the memories. :-)
I don't think I could handle the amount of distance that y'all have. I would go crazy not seeing my boyfriend as often as I do now, and thinking about the future and still not seeing him...I don't think I could do it. I'm impressed that someone, you, can, though. I think you're an inspiration to everyone here, because you can do it so well. :-) Glad to have you part of the group.
I write daily postcards, weekly emails, and a letter every other week.
He calls. *grin* He warned me before I left that he wouldn't be sending emails or anything, and his one letter got lost in the mail. Likely because his printing is pretty bad, and it can be hard for the postal workers to figure out where things are going when they aren't addressed in Chinese.
I spent a lot of time talking to photographs. *smile*
That's so sweet. :-) My boyfriend isn't big on letter-writing, but he writes me letters on special occasions (my birthday or anniverseries). But like yours, his handwriting is bad, so it's almost not worth it. :-)
