oh drama

Fuuuuck you too internet. Why so slow? Why so unreliable? Why so MEAN?

Random drama splurge. It's time to take a moment to talk about dramas I haven't, and probably won't, finish.

Silence
Boy and girl meet when they're children, become separated and promise to meet in the future, meet in the future and hate each other and are not informed that they are each other's childhood sweethearts.

I stopped watching it once somebody spoiled it for me and told me that Vic Zhou's character died in the end. I mean, you know it's going to happen, but you keep watching because you hope that it doesn't. Once the cat is out of the bag? Just not worth watching anymore. That and the leading female annoyed me.

Meteor Garden II
I love Meteor Garden. Love love love it. LOVE. MGII? No. omg I have amnesia right before I'm going to propose to you and now I'm falling in love with another woman? Works for a few episodes, but not a whole season.

Que Sera, Sera
So I didn't finish the drama, but I ended up reading episode summaries and, well, I'm glad I didn't tough it out. The cast is great, amazing, and the first half of the drama is enjoyable. Once the leading male and female hook up? STOP WATCHING IT.

It's like the writers made a list of super shitty things that could happen and instead of picking one or two things, they used the whole list. D: It's a frustrating drama to watch.

And now for some dramas that I'm watching atm:

Mukodono!
Fun light hearted drama about a super cool musician that gets married. Unfortunately he has to hide his marriage from the public. He also happens to be a giant sappy loser when he's not in front of the camera.

Seija no koushin (When the Saints go Marching In)
kljflkjfds. I love this drama but I can't watch the last two episodes because it's going to be really sad. D: But it's GOOD. It follows a group of mentally challenged Japanese youths and the troubles they go through in trying to adapt to society. Most of the episodes make me cry.

The Rose
I actually started watching this a long long time ago but never finished, even though I want to, but I'm at the point where I feel like I should re watch it. D: Anyways. ELLA. And Joe Cheng wandering around in a silky house robe. Very family focused with a hint or romance with a toss of incest and homosexual urges.

Rondo
I juuuust started this last night. I'm not sure what to think. Undercover cop + clueless Korean in Japan? Could work, could be terribly boring.

drama : que sera sera, drama talk, tw-dramas, drama : when the saints go marching in, drama : meteor garden, j-dramas, drama : rondo, k-dramas, drama : the rose
