Like THE WITCH from Into the Woods, you certainly
know how to make an exit. After all the other
fairy tale characters steal from, lie to, and
cheat from each other, they manage to really
piss off the giant's wife, who comes down one
of the beanstalks and goes on a killing spree.
When your advice about getting rid of her goes
unheeded, and you get blamed for growing the
magic beans in the first place, even though it
was everyone else who planted the stupid
beanstalks, you've had enough. You sing a song
which contains the basic message of "This
is your mess, and I'll be damned if I'm going
to clean it up," then commit magical
suicide by spontaneously combusting and sinking
through a crack in the ground. That'll teach
the fools.
