Check out the liveblog of Perry vs. Schwarzenegger, the Supreme Court case trying to overturn Prop 8. The plaintiffs are a pair of gay couples and the defendants are actually ProtectMarriage.com. Arnold Schwarzenegger is officially the defendant, but has apparently refused to defend Prop 8. History is being made here, perhaps.
(Btw, the trial was supposed to be streamed live on Youtube but the SCOTUS said no at the last minute, at least till Wednesday. :/ What's up with that?)
