Hello Autumn!
Guess I should post or someone will wonder what the heck happened.
Our site's 1880s wedding went off with a minor hitch, the weather was crappy. I moved the "wedding breakfast" reception indoors and the wedding was already indoors. It was quite a bit of fun, very pretty. Our historic gardener outdid herself with the flowers, the food at the breakfast (fruit type wedding cake, gingerbread, fruit tarts, sausages in pastries, fruit, and cider) was quite lovely and enjoyed by the visitors, and the bridal party was gorgeous, bridesmaids in pink, bride in white, groom and groomsmen dressed to the nines. Oh, they were all lovely. I hope to get pics and see about crossposting for fun in lots of places.
The wedding was an upper for the weekend, despite the weather, but I was a bit down about my in-laws in town. They are nice people, but just so many things drive me nuts. I won't go any further. They are good for watching the kids and letting us go out, not once, but twice by ourselves. Dinner one night, movie on another. Yeah, yeah, not the same night, but it seems we are too old and tired to do both in one night. HAHAHAHA!
Today will be spent and has been spent working on fliers. Bleh, I hate this, I thought I left my last job so I didn't have to do it. Well, I get to. So, I am forging ahead and getting through the end of the season.
But, autumn is here, and I can't wait til the leaves really turn!
