My mom won tickets to a Doobie Brothers concert at DTE tonight and they ended up going to waste. All four of 'em. She was hoping that Kristi's dad would be back from California in time to watch her, but he won't be back til tomorrow so she had no one to watch her. My brother's girlfriend couldn't go, nor could any of his friends, so he didn't want to go. That left only me to find some use for the tickets and well, I failed. Kurtis and I could have gone, but he doesn't really know or care about the Doobie Brothers, and personally I find one trip to Detroit per week sufficient, considering I don't exactly have a steady source of income for gas.
None of us are too gung ho about the Doobie Brothers anyway, to be honest. It just sorta bothers me that we couldn't have found someone who actually was so that they could've gone.
