aw it's cute.

i am only getting the iphone cause i want a new mp3 player (i have an older nano that kinda sucks), a gps system for my car and a new phone, so three in one is cheap for me when you think about it like that.

Hmm actually I changed my mind, and i'm going to get this one. :P

And yeah that is a good deal for you if you're really going to take advantage of all the iPhone features. The monthly plan for it would be expensive though, right, because you have to pay for the GPS and Internet use along with talk/text?

And it's only available through Sprint. x_x

It's not really expensive, between Mark and I it will be 60 dollars each for both of our phones; everything unlimited. I pay 60 dollars a month right now in Canada for 200 minutes and like 250 text messages.

Also, it's only available through AT&T. iPhone only works on GSM networks.

Wow that's a lot a month for a phone and only 200 minutes and 250 texts. I'm going to be paying 55 dollars a month for 600 minutes and unlimited texts.

Ya AT&T I couldn't remember. x_x So I just went with Sprint, haha.

Cell phones in Canada are expensive. I could probably get a better plan but I want to cancel my contract, and doing so and getting a better deal would mean renewing it for another 2-3 years which is gay. I'm canceling it at the end of the month.

but yeah Sprint sucks but AT&T is a great service provider, and on a great network (so is Tmobile)

Canceling a contract is freaking expensive. O_O And yeah having to renew it to change your plan is lame. I think the only place I know of that lets you change your plan without extending your contract is Altell.

Sounds good! I don't know anything about AT&T, but my friend has Sprint and she's pretty satisfied. So I don't know. I went with Tmobile because their unlimited texting is only 15 dollars more, and Verizon is 20 dollars. So it's 5 dollars cheaper a month. =D

Mine won't be expensive because my contract is up as of now. I'm just keeping it so I have a Barrie, ON number while I'm here. But yeah, cell phone companies are sketch. I don't mind renewing a contract generally because I WANT the service, and need it but I cant' use the same cell phone company in the US as Canada unfortunately.

My boyfriend has Sprint and his calls get dropped all of the time and we're like 30 minutes from the biggest city, so, lol. I can't say I would use their services.

Verizon is shit for customer service, texting, and it's on the PCS network (same as Sprint). It just means basically that you're going to have a less quality signal and you have to use THEIR phones, instead of using a sim card and a phone you can unlock.. so if you run into problems with your cell phone breaking you won't be in a big bind to buy an expensive phone (since you won't be eligible for any cheap introductory cell phone prices!)

Ooh that's good to hear then.

That's really ridiculous then. O_o Maybe Sprint just works better in some areas and not others? Hmm. I don't know.

Yeah all my verizon friends love it too. Maybe people just don't know what good is. Haha. And I'm terrified of the idea of my phone breaking because phones are SO EXPENSIVE to buy outright. O_O I had a prepaid cellphone for like almost three years and it lasted. So I think maybe some people are just brutal on their phones or something. O_o

Seriously, I've had phones just break from being in my purse and rattling around there. Like, physically break. I've also had phones that the screen just stops working out of nowhere. Burns out or something. So yeah this is the first phone on a contract I'm going to buy in awhile. I've been buying my phones off of ebay for 20 dollars haha

I never thought about doing that. But its probably a good idea if you don't have the $250 to shell out for a new phone from the provider's store. O_O
