no more college dropout :)
Holy crap things are going well. I got into USC today, to start in the fall as a writing major, still a sophomore. This means I didn't lose out on too much time and my stuff should all transfer okay. Yayyy..I'm excited... I didn't expect to hear so soon, either. This makes it easier for me figure some stuff out, and I don't have to worry about freaking health insurance for awhile. I can't wait to go be a student again, so I can stop reading old essays and write some new ones. And new writing classes!!! I miss all that stuff. Oooh I can't wait. I get to be a Trojan, if all works out. Hehe. Michael's all worried and being an overanxious parent, but honestly, I think Emerson taught me alot about what I do and don't want out of my school/education, and I'm really ready to go back.
I've also been working on my resume with one of my old bosses, so I can fine-tune it and look nice and desirable as an employee. Allllso, this weekend is painting weekend for our lovely little house in Glendale (which is not too far from new job (crosses fingers...prays...) or from school) which I'm sure I'll hear funny stories about. I can't wait to make a nice cozy bedroom and go buy a desk and stuff. I'm a big desk person. So, this is the last week of work (hopefully) and then I get to finish packing and see people who I haven't gotten to see thanks to crazy work weeks, and then Ian comes to get me on a nice shiny plane. :) But for today, my next enjoyable endeavor is getting my hair cut. Oooh, what a good day.
