SO!!! I know that I have been M.I.A. for a while now, but with a very good reason. I spent the last week of school studying nonstop for finals, and it has payed off!
Please note some background information: I was on academic probation this semester and had to bring my GPA above a 1.59 in order to have one more semester to bring it above a 2.0 and stay at Western. In calculating my grade in English 112, Literary Classics, I need a 90% on my final in order to pass. And I got my Philosophy grade right away, so I knew that. Figuring there was no way I could pass my Engl. 112 final, I was counting on my English 107, Good Books, final to get me through. I needed to get a BA in order to make the GPA thing add up to above a 1.59. WELL!!!!!
ENGL 107 - A!!!!
ENGL 112 - D!!!!
PHIL 200 - DC!!!!
I got an A on my Literary Classics final!! I never actually thought I could get that!! AND!!! I got an A in Good Books!!! Having a BA before the final, I not only got an A on my final, but also on my paper which I worked so hard on!!!!!! Even though I could have done better had I tried during the entire semester instead of just the last week, I am happy that all my cramming and late nights and non-stop, round the clock, studying paid off.
I'm sorry I don't have time to tell you all more about my life after finals right now, but need to get some sleep for 9 more hours of working tomorrow.
****Side note: 2 paragraphs above this, I said "hard on".****
