Gratitude Catch-Up
Thursday 2/15
1. For when my dh can adjust his schedule to help with the kids when I need to adjust MY work schedule.
2. Thursday night TV. It's our "at-home date night," too, each week.
3. Take-out food. See #2.
4. Non-busy days. This was too busy of a day; especially at work.
5. Praying at suppertime. My baby boy won't let us forget to do this. He always starts the prayer and it *always* starts like this: "Thank you for this happy meal." :) (Not sure where or why he coined it a "happy" meal.)
Friday 2/16
1. AF's arrival. Just glad I won't have to deal with her on our trip in two weeks.
2. Starbuck's drive-thru on a snowy morning.
3. My new baby niece who is scheduled to make her debut in approximately 2 weeks!!!
4. Shopping for said baby niece. It's been WAY too long since I've shopped for itty bitty baby girl clothes. :)
5. Pizza & movie night!
Saturday 2/17
1. Beautiful warm weather.
2. Hearing the snow melting & dripping off the roof.
3. Making plans for kids' HUGE new sandbox we're going to build in the backyard. Huge-circular-sandstone trim...can't wait!
4. Having "older" kids who can play fun board games like Monopoly. (We had our first grown-up Monopoly game today. Matthew kicked butt owning BOTH Park Place & Boardwalk! Wise boy.)
5. Girl Scout Cookies' arrival. 'Nuff said.
