I've done some thinking and here are my goals..
(Sorry, this is a repeat.)
By the time orientation training starts (Aug 22nd): 132-134 lbs
By the time classes start again (Aug 29th): 129 lbs
Fall recess (Oct 8th): 115 lbs
Family Weekend (Oct 21st): 110 lbs
Thanksgiving (Nov. 23rd): <100lbs
Measurements (Taken Aug. 6th)
Neck: 13.3"
Waist: 31"
Hips: 38"
CW: 142 lbs
Today's net cals: 84
I'm finally starting to feel the lightness i've been longing for.
