well i got my period, so at least that explains why i've felt so gross and moody, and probably why the scale read 134 lbs this morning. for breakfast/lunch i had an apple and wheat thins with peanut butter and a few crumbs of christmas cookies that are being made. so its about 500 cals for now. while watching tv, i did crunches so i burned about 50 cals. i'm going to do a 38 mins of bender ball pilates (198 cals) and then walk off the rest (252 cals). If that was all i was having for today i wouldn't be so compulsed to burn off everything, but fam is ordering pizza :/ could be 500 cals right there so i'd rather be ahead of the game that way if i'm at 500 for the day i can actually be okay with that. we me luck.
