What would you rather your name be (you have to play along): Valda, or Eva

Getting to Know You, Getting to Know All About You:
What do you believe in: atheism.
What do you refuse to believe in: That the world was created by god in seven days.
What always provides comfort for you: music.
What always makes you feel uncomfortable: intolerance.
What one activity do you enjoy most in the world: Aikido, a non-aggressive martial art. I see it more as a way of life, but it's also fun.
What one activity do you enjoy least in the world: watching too much t.v..
Spreading Out:
(define the terms below, and then give one example of them in your life)
Love: a combined feeling of exhilaration when you wake up in the morning, contentment, but fear at the same time, and utter happiness. I've had a lot of bad luck when it comes to love, and I guess the definition really doesn't apply to my family, because that love is more like an unconditional, I hate you, but I'd still do anything for you kindof feeling(if you see them on a daily basis).
Hate: a bitter and hostile reaction to what you can't explain, don't want to explain, or to ignorant to even know what to explain. There are people I've hated in my life, but I try to stay away from it, because hate is strong, and it's always better to free of your mind from stressing too much on it.
Innocence: not knowing what's evil, or perpetually harmful...I'm not very sure, but in my opinion, I don't enjoy people who havn't experienced life to its fullest.
Maturity: When you've experienced a lot in life, and have grown through them, and look at life, not through one lense, but many. I wouldn't say I'm completely mature, I still have a lot more to experience in life, but I have friends who've matured through having a tough life, and it either makes them bitter in the end, or more positive about the future.
Grief: I guess I would say when you're feeling so much inner turmoil, or something makes you so sad, you feel grief...I felt grief when my dad was diagnosed with prostate cancer, but he had surgery, and I guess he's doing a lot better.
Pleasure: Something that makes you delighted, maybe even indulgent. I guess a perfect example would be food. You just want to have it, and it's gratifying...? toughie.
Where Do We Go From Here:
What are your future aspirations: NYPD. Something in law enforcment.
Is marriage an important step to life: I guess. It's learning how to think about someone else just as much as yourself, and I guess that would be hard.
What really happens in the afterlife: no afterlife. Reincarnation. Just my personal belief.
And Just In Case You Felt Dissatisfied:
What is your favorite song, and what does it make you feel. Torn by Natalie Imbruglia. The song talks about how you think you fall in love, but it's really not there, and sometimes it just can't work out. It reminds me of how love is so tough, because you think it'll stay but it can leave just as fast as it comes.
Repeat with novel: The Color of Water. A very beautiful novel about several black children that grow up in a ghetto with a white mother, and it goes into the problem of racism, and the like. It's very compassionate.
Repeat with movie: White Oleander. The movie literally made me cry. I can't imagine going to several foster families, and getting torn up inside slowly piece by piece. The character becomes bitter and hostile through the experiences that bridge the gap from normality to turmoil.
