weekend
So the weekend came and went and I'm a bit sadder my friends and I didn't get to do as much as we wanted. There were a lot of laughs, though, and I managed to snag a few pictures with my snazzy new camera, albeit it ran out of batteries (I forgot to charge it completely, heh). My fingers are still a wee bit sore from playing Guitar Hero (after pwning Ryan the first day, the tally probably became even after he got better the second day, bleh!). We hit up the Wii at some point as well, along with badminton. I got way too into Wii baseball, love that game, haha. I also got re-addicted to Ragnarok Online after Ryan was talking about it last night.
Anyway, today was okay, went out with the group and had lunch at another friend's place. Watched Ryan's grandparents' golden anniversary video (the cream of the crop came up when Ryan's brother started dancing, hilarious!). Got back around 3 pm with a throbbing headache. Don't know how that happened, but it did, and I think at some point the headache became a fever so I had to find some type of medicine. After rummaging through the medicine cabinet at least twice (since I didn't find anything my first time looking), I finally did find something that would help with a fever and the headache. So now I'm slightly just a bit sedated. Which is a good thing, I guess.
I had forgotten that I didn't LJ-post my latest wallpaper, which is kind of surprising, since I uploaded it a while back. Anyway, Paradise Kiss! I'm almost done with the series, and it's a cutesy anime. <333George and his designs.
^^ Yukari! Or, well, the people at the atelier call her "Caroline" or "Carrie" as a nickname. I loved the shoes. Too bad I can't really walk on those o.O. The background pretty much consists of Yukari and George on the right, and the eyes of Isabella (really a man...) at the back. The anime/manga is pretty much focused on the artsy world of fashion, modeling, and relationships. It's a different ball game to the anime I've recently been watching (which is more shounen-ish than anything). Then I remembered I like the cutesy stuff too *nods*
Other than that, got my HOL class accepted today, and Ulol<3333 was kind enough to host things in his site!
