Beautiful pizza?
Its such a shame that the word 'beautiful' is so overused... I last used it to describe a pizza! It makes it rather lacklustre when I use it to describe things that really deserve it. I need some new words.
However, I am pleased and proud to announce that last night I ate pizzas with the following toppings: rosemary, chicory, capers, asparagus, mozzarella, ricotta, tomato, prosciutto, walnut, zucchini flowers, more mozzarella, more ricotta, pumpkin, sausage, olives, bell peppers, salami, and chocolate. I drew the line at octopus, which clearly has no place on a pizza.
As for now, I am ridiculously tired for no apparent reason. I am going to see what strong coffee can achieve.
