Spring Break

I'm in Illinois visting with my mommy. I'm having a good time so far. Just being lazy and hanging out. Wish I can see more of family while I'm here but I don't think I'm going to have time. Plus the weather is a little bad. It's really cold and it's sleeting! We're suppose to get 3-6 inches of snow tomorrow :(. Hope everything will be clear when mommy has to take me back to the airport. And yes I did fly up here. A little scary. Sat morning didn't go very well (the morning I left). My daddy came to pick me up at 6:45 and I was getting out of bed at 6:50. I must have turned off my alarm when it went off in my sleep. Jumped in the shower (didn't wash my hair) threw some more stuff in my suitcase and we were on our way at 7:15. That's a record for me. Daddy stayed with me up until we got to security then he had to leave me, and that's when I had to fight back tears. I was scared of the flight and scared of going through the airport by myself. But it all turned out fine. I wasn't a nervous wreck on the plane. I had a window seat, and I looked out the window pretty much the entire flight. It was a very small plane! Probably just 50 passengers. It felt like I've been on buses bigger than that.
We just got back from the mall and dinner. My grandparents eat really early, so we went to a restaurant at 5:00! My mommy is making cookies now though, so I'm going to pig out on those. I bought a really cute dress and some stuff at Bath and Body Works. The dress was somewhat expensive, but it's so cute! I love it.
I come back home on Wed. Sort of ready to come back home. It's a little depressing and nerve wracking (sp?) at the same time. I know I'll miss my mom though. Oh well.
