My engine's running on 4 hours of sleep

I'm taking a quick breather from my rampage through the jungle aka grad school (which is not quite as run as running through an actual jungle would be, but whatev).

Clinic 2 actually in danger of failing, for real this time. WOW. Worked out remediation plan with my supervisor, hopefully I can pull this off. I have my program planned to a tee. However, postponing graduation until August 2008 wouldn't be horrible. I might actually do that anyway just because I'll have 3 classes, a 32 hours/week internship, and 20 hours/week GA (by the way--I got a new one for MW nights and Saturdays 8-5, sorry if I forgot to tell you guys) in the fall. I'm considering maintaining my sanity by moving one fall class into the winter (spring) semester and then taking my clinical internship next summer. Thoughts? Anyway, my supervisor sent a hateful e-mail to my advisor and she sure does mean business. My fellow clinicians who have observed me have said that my supervisor is crazy and they don't see how I could actually fail (I asked them for honest opinions, really because I wouldn't be offended, I just want to know!). One my sup comes in the room, my client gets pissed. She's an adult and my sup talks to her like she's 5 years old.

My session went well with my child client today, received all positive comments from my other supervisor.

Have two new tutoring jobs. One person needs help in Biology and Psychology and the other one in just Biology. That would amount to about 6 hours of work per week (at $7.25/hr, sucks but that's the only money coming in right now) which I hope I can do considering all of the extra work I have to do because of the remediation plan.

Trevor is doing well. We saw transformers and went to the air show on Sunday. Transformers was decent and the air show was awesome. I got majorly burnt on my face and wrist even though I applied 4 layers of sunscreen. Ah well, it's mostly a tan now (I think).

My apartment is great, a little lonely with no human roommate, but still cool. Lucy loves it here too.

Parents are officially moving to England. Waiting on phone calls from the vet and about if they're buying our house. Probably sending my parents there in the first week of August to find a place to live. Stressful, but good for them. I'll miss them.

I miss my Wild Women desparately.

I'm excited for the Harry Potter movie this weekend.

LA July 19-22 to visit Ben. Possibly a backstage tour of Universal Studios and meeting some cool people at his work. Check out the website: www.mOcean.tv

Looking forward to Labor Day!

LOve YOu,

Meg
