past due obligatory post.
most of you know where i am and what i'm doing, but i'm going to finally update.
before the storm, we went to baton rouge, the next day we decided to come to nashville (this is david and i) and stay with our parents for a couple of days. now i'm living in a sewing room with my parents and going to vanderbilt for the semester. my apartment was destroyed as was my car but i got most of my belongings (which is a little disappointing). end of story.
i fell in love here with someone who lives 2 hours away and i never see...good for me...i've been relatively clean for a month (which simply means i haven't made the right kind of friends and have no autonomy anymore) but i've found more of a home here than i thought i would; any of you who know me at all know i fucking hate nashville, tn.
i'm coming back before xmas to find a new place to live so i can finish my last semester of school at loyola. after that i want to move away. had none of this happened i would've stayed stuck in that sinkhole for the rest of my life. now i think i'll take this opportunity (since nothing's going to be the same) to get out and disintegrate somewhere else. i hear the drugs are good in seattle.
