In her first press conference, President dina presented a balanced budget to the American people.
The first item discussed in the press conference was the President's first priority in the budget. "i believe health and preparing our young people for the future are our top priorities.," the President said.
The President's budget called for 22% to fund education; 18% to support the military; 19% to be spent on crime prevention; 19% to fund the environment; and 22% to finance health care.
The President explained why less money was given to certain budget items. "i belieev we have to focus on rebuilding the country, bettering our selves.," the President explained.

During the news conference, the President also named her advisors, selecting Dr. Teresa Thermometer, Will Treehugger, and Thomas Teacher.
"i believe they make the best advisors as they are those who represnt the average american, each wiht their own area of expertise.," the President announced.
On concluding her press conference, the newly sworn-in President of the United States continued to perform her first full day of duties.
