Getting through.
So, I'm back on days now... finally. It was a HUGE blow to not get the promotion, but I'm OK with my new supervisor, which is better than I expected. I get to register for college on the 29th of this month!! Yay!! I really hope I get the schedule I mapped out last night, it means only having 2 days a week of classes! (four hours straight each day... yikes!)
Today or tomorrow we should find out about the house. I really just want my house. I think about it constantly, I love that little thing. I'm going to be heartbroken if it doesn't go well, but I know it just means that it wasn't meant for us. But, I want it.
I love my boyfriend. He took me to Oaks Park on Saturday, just as a special treat. He's never really planned a date other than dinner and a movie, and then I usually pick one or both. But, he planned this all on his own, and it was special to me that he took the effort to do that. So, we went to Oaks Park, and then to the Montage, and then to see Spider-Man 3! It was a very good end to a great weekend!
I took my mom out yesterday for Mother's Day. We both got our toes done, and my Grandma got a manicure! It was a lot of fun, although way too expensive!
Other than that... life is just moving along...
