Wow. There are so many annoying characters to choose from. My first thought was crybaby C-ko from Project A-ko... but I decided on a character who is worse. Leading the way with her cringeworthy “Daaaa-ling!!” is the clingy Hikaru Hiyama of Kimagure Orange Road.
