i am totally motivated today. i woke up and did my excercise tape. i even did push-ups, which i absolutely hate. i also updated my journal. it's keeping me motivated. basically my journal looks like this (if you want to make your own && model yours after mine):
for each week i have 
-page 1 diets, songs, quotes, horoscopes .. cool stuff to read
 -page 2 pics of celebs i admire, places i want to go, etc.
-page 3 week summary with my start weight, end weight, lowest weight, and goal weight for the next week. i also write a little journal entry on how the week went, how i felt, etc.

i also keep a calorie journal for daily use. everything that enters my mouth is documented. on good days, its not much, on bad days it is. i also write how many calories i burned by excercising.
