(no subject)
so yesterday i was talking with some fellow students and teachers about art and creativity and someone mentioned "bad art." i asked "if art is self expression, how can it be bad" and someone said something along the lines of "the way it was done was bad" or something i don't really remember, but they sort of justified themselves in saying that there is in fact bad art. however, i feel that art is supposed to be a form of self expression and if it is then it is in fact "good art" and if it doesn't actually express any feelings or does so with out integrity then it is in actuality not even art at all.
