The grandson of a resident is a stay at home dad, which I thought was neat. A few weeks ago, we started up a dining room conversation about snow fall. When I was a youngster, I remember the snow being much deeper and more often. Which, apparently, is true and not because I was smaller. My parents have pictures from the 70's, with snow paths as high as car windows. He wished for snow like that, for his young girls.

It has snowed, non-stop since then.
