I'm not gonna talk too much about your crit but from what I read I do think that you can critique well if you really tried. I suggest you pay more attention to small details that might point out a particular weakness in the writing, instead of looking for individual things to comment on.
I liked your drabble quite a bit. It drew me in, though I felt like I was kind of sifting through a person's head and the thoughts in it. Still, it was good by itself and I don't think anything else was needed like action or dialogue. I do wish you would have posted something else along with it that showcases how you do in those particular areas. I really liked the one you posted though, short or not.
Reading your responses to other votes, I don't really think you can learn too much more by lurking. Maybe you could improve on your critiques by reading and analyzing the ones here, but your writing, from what I saw, is pretty good. Do I think you could improve lots and lots by lurking another month here? Not particularly. So my vote is yes, but I think it was like that from the start. Good luck! =]
