I freaking love that woman. I took lessons from her not long after she started. I wonder if she remembers me. I went in one day after I graduated and they said she wasn't working there anymore, so I guess they either lied or she went back. If you decide to take lessons with her again, tell her I said hi (if she rememebers me).
of course!! I love Tammy she's so funny and her southern accent is great she likes me cuz I have red hair too if I ever see her I will definately tell her you said hi!
(and, dumb question, but why did you go to tammy for voice lessons?-- wow that is too cool we had the same teacher.. small world.)
Jennings was the cheapest I could find, it was close to home and I liked her after the first lesson. I think I was just about to turn 16 and had made it my personal goal to make it into chamber by graduation (mission accomplished). At the time she was fairly new to teaching, and had mentioned that she might be leaving and that I might need someone more advanced. At the same time, I was starting to work and get into harder classes, so I had to stop. I wish I hadn't though. Instead of having a mediocre voice (now) I could have been a lot better. I was thinking with my left brain at the time, and it told me that voice lessons would get me nowhere. I'm only 21, which is when they say a woman's voice matures, so I might as well just bite the bullet, quit my whining and go back.
