General Theme:
Out of the Box
A technical theme this week! Your icon has to measure less than 100x100 pixels (and please don't try to get away with 100x99 either!) Other than that, as long as it fits LJ guidelines, there's no restriction.
Image Theme:
Click on the thumbnail for the large version, though you're welcome to use the small! Scan by Obsession. You're welcome to make whatever icon you like for this, as long as it uses the provided image.
