My Favorite Things
Alright, this has been a pretty decent weekend.
Saturday I gave my ormal 2 lessons in the morning, and got a new student. I'm not going to complain on here, but I will say this thing. Avril Lavigne is NOT a good person to mimic...
Ah well. It was nice to see little Jordan again after her emergency appendectomy. She's a little weak, but she's a trooper and she's been practicing, I can tell. She's such a little star.
I picked up Michael, and we had our marathon.
I guess you can't call it a "movie Marathon" exactly. We did watch Eternal Sunshine because Michael hadn't seen it. Of course, he loved it.
We watched alot of Fraser (I just bought the 4th season) and Family guy. We played alot of cards, ate alot of junkfood, made a steak and shake run...
it was good times.
Went to Nick's house that night. It was nice seeing everyone again, and I got to spend some time talking to Laura, which was nice.
Marion was pretty uncomfortable, and that was a headache. He just doesn't feel welcome, and he just can't seem to get to know anyone but Shutte and Nick. I understand why he feels uncomfortabl.
Sunday was great. Really, just a fantastic weekend day. Marion had a 2 hour seminar in the morning, but that gave me a chance to go workout and read some more of my book.
we spent the day together. We went to see the Incredibles, yet again, and we anjoyed it just as much. Aren't we sad?
We had alot of great intelligent conversations besides, and it made me once again thankful that I married someone bright.
We made cookies, and hamburgers, and played video games, and read more of "hitchhiker's guide", and made a day of being lazy, and smiling alot.
This morning, I wokred out again. Just 2 miles on the treadmill and some light lifting. It's really nice feeling my body get in shape, and see muscle tone starting to develop.
