No, in all seriousness. School can be a pain sometimes, and it's super expensive sometimes, but I just say... this is priceless. Education is totally priceless and I'm one of those nerds who gets really close with her professors because I want to know MORE than the lectures.
That being said, you should SO go for it. English, Theatre.. you can do it all. There's no TIME LIMIT on when you get a degree, especially if you want both! Biggest piece of advice: Take classes that truly intrest you, as opposed to ones that "fill requirements" for a major.. sure those are important, but get a mix of both in.
I had this AP English teacher my senior year of high school. Her name was Mrs. Houston-Lingman and she was hilarious, so smart and she was really inspiring. Have you thought about teaching, Chels? You remind me a lot of her, your personalities. She teaches high school English and ALSO is a heavy hitter in the drama department at my high school! I feel like you would so rock at that!
