Another Friday Five
1) What is your favourite December holiday food? A small roast, like a turkey crown
2) What is your favourite December holiday beverage? i do indulge in liqueurs sadly, Frangelico, Irish Bristol Cream and Amaretto. Occasionally just over ice but quite often topped up with semi-skimmed milk. (i haven't had the full fat for years)
3) What is your favourite December holiday song? Gad, no!! i do have some carols by King's College, Tallis Singers and a fair swag of classical and semi-classical - Kiri Te Kanawa, Katherine Jenkins, Russell Watson, Aled Jones and that sorta thing :D
4) What is your favourite December holiday tradition? Eating festive food (within diabetic guidelines if i can) and lightly if not - i mean, stollen bites are fab!
5) What is the one thing you will miss most this December because of the pandemic? Not bring able to go to concerts, plays and so on - but i've had to do that all this ghastly time, since March
Being 'locked-in' is very trying and i do confess to being rather stir-crazy. Thank heavens i have lots of books and DVDs and i can spend hours on the computer, playing solitaire, i'm up to level 91 on Three Peaks!
