why hello. as of that post, i decided to try to live in gramercy instead of the GW's.i am just so excited not a day goes by that i don't think about it. are you a transfer or a freshmen? my name is lisa by the way.
im a freshman unfortunatly but glad to be going. yeah i decided to do gw becuase i did a summer program there and rather liked it despite the small living quarters..it grows on you. the gramercy one is really nice though, and you get a key to the private park i think, which is very cool. -laura
at first i had my heart set on the gws because i wanted to meet people since its 18 floors of all students. but then i realized that a whole bunch of kids together makes the possibility for a whole lot of noise, and as an upper classmen, i probably don't need noise when it comes to reading and essays.
how was the summer program? you were obivously impressed if you applied, but what were the teachers and the school like? i live so far away from New York that i can't go until i move in. i applied based on their reputation and what a kid i knew there said about the program.
as for the noise factor in the gw, you actully cant hear much in your room, but once youre in the hallway you can hear EVERYTHING which makes for interesting eavesdropping
( ... )
i am pretty sure that i will love it as well. at the moment i am also leaning towards fashion photography, but i want to do something than your typical fashion, like a fashion shot that tells a story.
once the summer starts the time is going to fly. lisa
i was poking around the sva group community thing and thats how i ended up on ur lj
cheers!
