I am REALLY tired of businesses that can't even train their employees to provide correct information to their customers. Dear god we are on a tight budget as it is, we don't have the money nor do i have the patience to compensate for their stupidity. If they aren't sure about their answer when someone asks a question then ASK someone who does know!!! Hell, I'd even take "I don't know" over a wrong answer. People should take pride in providing a service to people by doing it right.. GRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!
